OpenText Solution Administrator/Consultant

Your tasks

Responsible for operation and continuous improvement of the OpenText on premise and cloud based solutions with first focus on document & data Archiving with and without SAP R/3 & S/4Hana context: Delivering stable, efficient & compliant OpenText solutions for business critical applications, supporting complex technical implementations on time and in high quality

• Be part of the SAP Integration & Platform Solution team with special focus on OpenText solution and daily tasks as maintenances & releases, performance monitoring, trouble shooting, consultancy, …
• Support building up and continuous improve the OpenText landscape
• Consolidate & automate operational procedures
• Develop, implement and operationalize technical solutions and services
• Consultancy of business and support of IT projects
• Support in managing external providers
• Collaborate with stakeholders as solution architects, cloud operations, security engineers, application developers

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the relevant field
• Master's degree or relevant work experience
• English skills at least on B2 level, other EU languages such as German would be an advantage
• ITIL certification welcome
• Deep experience with OpenText products like OpenText Core Archive for SAP solutions (Archive Center ), SAP ArchiveLink, OpenText Document Pipeline
• Optional Know-how in: OpenText Imaging Enterprise Scan, OpenText Intelligent Capture, OpenText Extended ECM | Enterprise Content Management (xECM), OpenText DocuLink
