Your tasks
You are part of the cross functional product team Sourcing & Contracting in order to implement, support and further develop our operating model internationally. The underlying technical focus lies on SAP Ariba Direct Sourcing & Contracting.
- Supporting and consulting our procurement stakeholders as part of our Team Sourcing & Contracting with regard toprocesses, IT and data
- Operating and further developing our product-specific software (e. g. SAP Ariba Direct Sourcing & Contracting, SAP S/4 HANA RMM), tools and working methods
- Continously support the product manager in product development based on product strategy and roadmap
- Contribute to the creation of product-specific objectives and OKRs in line with department- and company objectives
- Continously challenging business processes and collaborating with our stakeholders on the continuous optimization of
business processes
- Gathering, analyzing, structuring and completing requirements
- Supporting of product related strategic projects
- Creation and further refinement of SOPs, knowledgebases, training documents and training concepts
- Supporting 2nd level support and providing 3rd level support
- Occasional travel to our locations in Germany and other European countries
Requirements
- Professional experience (3+ years) in the IT or procurement environment (e.g. proven experience in managing SAP implementation projects or operating SAP products)
- Completed professional education in the IT environment, completed studies in business informatics or a comparable qualification
- SAP knowledge (SAP Ariba Direct Sourcing & Contracting) mandatory and ability to develop creative and effective solutions within the SAP system landscape that fit into the E2E process design (e.g. Customize the system, create and edit workflows and templates)
- Deep understanding of retail business processes
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as willingness to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with different stakeholders
