Consultant Packaging Cashier System

Your tasks

With your expert knowledge you will continuously improve our cashier systems environment for the ALDI Nord company group. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our processes and systems. You will work closely with the technology and business departments to ensure that our cashier operations run smoothly and effectively and meet the needs of users. Tasks will include:

▪ Development of our internationally deployed cashier systems in our stores
▪ technical consulting of our store business lines and our colleagues in HQ Essen
▪ Design new solutions for our business lines
▪ Coordination of existing incidents and initiation of root cause analyses
▪ Monitor and ensure OLAs and SLAs
▪ Planning and control of external partners

Requirements

▪ 5+ years of relevant job experience
▪ Bachelor or Master degree or professional work record
▪ Solution design of cashier systems in enterprise environments (larger 10.000 cashier systems)
▪ Expert knowledge of Windows LTSC and Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM)
▪ Certificates: ITIL Foundation (v3 or 4) preferred
▪ Language skills: German: B2 (preferred), English: B
