Your tasks
- Setting up new integrations and maintenance of existing ones
- Working cross functional to ensure the smooth integration of HR IT applications with internal and external systems/services
- Establishment, support and further development of international HR IT solutions for ELC (applicant tracking system, learning management system, talent application, etc.)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and run test scenarios for technical issues with integration code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints, and communicate fixes or workarounds for an issue
- Ensuring the operation of the applications to be supported
- Development and assessment of technical specifications and coordination with IT infrastructure, conducting testing and documentation
- Consultation and joint cooperation with our international HR teams
- 2nd and 3rd Level Support
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting on setting-up integrations
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language
- Expertise in interface technologies and database technologies (XML, SQL, JSON etc.)
- Expertise in cloud-based application support including requirements engineering, interfaces and setting up applications
- Experienced in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) is nice to have
- Bachelor/Master degree in economics/business information systems/computer science or similar
- Independent way of working as well as service and solution-oriented way of thinking
- English min. B2 level is a must (German is nice to have)
