Your tasks
- Develop and contribute to wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct A/B Tests
- Be responsible for contributing to, developing, and iterating on concepts for omnichannel design experiences in a fast-paced team environment
- Participate in and contribute to the planning process for new features and projects
- Refine your designs by considering live customer data, market research, and usability studies
- Support in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant job experience
- Have an online portfolio of own design work (please attach a link to your CV)
- Have experience with A/B Testing (must have)
- Strong knowledge of design systems and interaction patterns
- Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative data, you care deeply about grounding your decisions in data
- English: minimum B2
- Analytical and creative thinking, agile working, high degree of proactivity
- Nice to have: Figma, UX Testing, Retail domain experience/knowledge
