Your tasks
The technical consultants are needed for electronical processing of invoices (e.g. VIM & B2B Invoicing)
- Project support for the implementation of VIM and the solution for B2B Invoicing
- Carrying out process analyses and exchanging information with those responsible for the continuous improvement and further development of processes
- Creation of technical solution concepts and subsequent implementation with customizing
- Organizing and conducting user training and functional tests with key users and business departments
- Coordination with other product and service teams in this context, e.g. supply chain, EDI and SAP Basis topics
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of the configuration of VIM (Invoice Capture Center (ICC/BCC), Open Text Archive Server and Enterprise scan tool) and electronical Invoicing processes in general desirable
- Knowledge of the SAP FI module (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA)
- 2-4 years of consulting experience
- Extensive knowledge of business processes in this context
- Very good written and spoken English skills (German is additional plus)
