Your tasks
- Drive our marketing automation towards most efficient customer journeys
- Implement, develop, configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments
- Provide technical support for the implementation of new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Active participation in sprint events (refinement, planning, review, daily)
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaigns, ensuring efficient delivery and tracking of marketing communications in regards to 3rd level support
- Create and maintain automation workflows, cloud pages, email templates
- Stay updated within the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud release and use best practices, and apply them to drive continuous improvement
- Integrate with the surrounding solutions, like Customer Identity and Access Management, Customer Data Platform, Analytics solution
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Certifications, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification is an added plus
- Working experience in AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS
- Advanced SQL knowledge level
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience in DevOps is an added plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- String attention on detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Language: English B1
- Ability and enthusiasm to work in an agile development environment
