Technology Change Manager

Your tasks

Responsible for day-to-day facilitation of the Change process. This role is focused on the management and administration of all Changes.

• • Quality checking newly raised Changes.
  • Validating eligibility of change, implementation steps, applicable risk mitigations, backout plans and planned schedule
  • Reviewing standard change proposals for inclusion in the standard change catalog
  • Reviewing unsuccessful changes for future improvements
  • Chairing CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and managing CAB agendas
  • Facilitating emergency change approval
  • Reviewing retrospectively raised changes for process compliance
  • Managing the overall schedule of changes
  • Managing change models

   

Requirements

• • 2+ years of relevant job experience in infrastructure change management
  • Experience with enterprise datacenter infrastructure and knowledge of this subject (being able to discuss the issues on the tech level)
    
  • Experience with ITSM tools: ServiceNow is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently on problem-solving and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Language skills: minimum English B2
