Your tasks
- Design and build custom applications, as well as individualize standard ServiceNow functions. This includes scripting, workflow administration, maximizing the user experience, etc.
- Customize platform functionality using APIs and scripting.
- Assist the platform administrator in incident resolution.
- Implement testing and quality assurance plans.
- Automate business processes using workflow and process automation.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, procedures, and user guides.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, etc.).
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform development, especially with IT Service Management and/or IT Operations Management modules.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and/or CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification
- Familiar with the ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Language skills: English: minimum B2, German is a plus
