Your tasks
- Provision and support of systems and applications operated with LRS Print Management and LRS SAP Output Management
- Implementation of changes according to customer requirement in LRS Print Management and LRS SAP Output Management.
- Monitor print operating costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure print processes meet business requirements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to printing systems and processes using root cause analysis
- Developing and delivering training to users (print solutions)
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant job experience in managing print solutions
- Bachelor or Master degree or professional work record
- Technical experience with Printserver(LRS Print Management experience, SAP Output-Mgmt. and SharePoint Print-Workflow-Management desirable)
- Language skills: English: B2 and/or German: B2
