Your tasks
- Selects suitable ways of working and methodologies from agile framework
- Guides Product Team according to new way of working
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of agile framework, e.g. by exchange with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches
- Partners with Product Owner to ensure that business & user needs are understood and effectively described and prioritized
- Leads and coaches the teams in agile working adoption and ensures that team understands agile methods, principles, and values
- Assesses the agile maturity of the team and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable pace
- Guides the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to obviate the blocks and enhance output
- Reports the progress, for example using burn down (single sprint)/ burn up (multiple sprints) charts of user stories or any other unit of progress (e.g., number of screens, lead time, cycle time)
- Aligns ongoing progress with user stories in the context of work completed, in progress, and on the backlog
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of methods in an agile environment or in an agile transformation as well as a cooperative approach
- Knowledge and experience with scaling and the common frameworks (SaFe, Nexus) are ideal
- Several years of expertise in supporting agile teams
- Suggested Certificates: PSMA I (PSMA II for experienced SM), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), IBQMI (Kanban Coach) PMP or PRINCE2
- Strong communication skills, empathy and assertiveness
- Business fluent English skills, German skills are a plus
