Your tasks
- 2nd level support for our international IT systems and applications, with focus on SAP TM
- Troubleshooting / optimisation in business processes
- Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment
- Qualification of incoming support tickets in exchange with the end user
- Fault analysis and development and implementation of solution proposals in cooperation with service providers and end users
- Maintenance of our knowledge database
- Coordination of minor changes in SAP TM
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant job experience
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration or a comparable degree like vocational training.
- Expertise in one of the following modules or systems: SAP TM
- Knowledge of the SAP data model, understanding of data dependencies, and knowledge of common transactions for data analysis
- Very good knowledge in English. Good knowledge in German (Nice to have)
