Your tasks
- Support OpenText Archive Center / Core Archive Connectors & OCR Intelligent Capture
- Perform technical and functional system configurations
- Lead testing, support, and troubleshooting of OpentText solutions
- Conduct end-user training and create/update technical documentation
- Identify and implement system improvements
- Monitor system performance and identify issues and coordinate with dedicated teams and external providers as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in OpenText Archive Center or OT Core Archive for SAP solutions
- Strong knowledge of OpenText platform and integration solutions
- Good understanding of Windows Server and MS Office tools
- Solid business process insight and technical skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes
- Experience working with service providers
- OpenText certifications (a plus)
- Knowledge in SAP Basis, and other OpenText products
- Retail or grocery industry experience
- German language skills (a plus)
