Your tasks
We are looking for a skilled 2nd Level Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for Windows 11 client devices. In this role, you will diagnose complex issues, apply security updates, support hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensure stable daily operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues on Windows 11 devices.
- Apply OS patches, security updates, and software upgrades.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Deploy and configure applications on Windows devices.
- Maintain accurate incident records and ensure timely ticket resolution.
- Conduct regular system health checks and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with 1st Level Support and other IT teams.
- Update and improve technical documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Windows 11 and corporate device support.
- Solid troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and device management tools.
- Experience with software deployment and patch management.
- Basic scripting (PowerShell/Batch).
- Understanding of hardware components and Windows security principles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Certificates
- Microsoft certifications (Windows 10/11 or Modern Desktop Administrator) preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience supporting Windows devices in a corporate environment.
- Experience in retail or large enterprise environments is a plus.
